Port Coquitlam is in need of family-oriented housing. Our development at 3149 Raleigh responds by proposing 20 townhouse units that do not sacrifice the family-friendly character of Port Coquitlam. 3149 Raleigh has also partnered with a non-profit to allocate 2 units as affordable rental units.
