Gibsons Innovative Mass Timber Rental Housing
Proudly demonstrating innovative construction methods to deliver much-needed affordable rental housing. 718 North is ideally located just six minutes from the Langdale Ferry Terminal and serves as the primary gateway to the enchanting Sunshine Coast.
We met with a lot of residents and community groups over the past year. We developed a thoughtful program with units ranging from 519 sf to family units up to 1,315 sf range. We believe this project is in the best interest of Gibsons and the Sunshine Coast.
Our project at 718 North Road is located in close proximity to schools, transit, and essential community services; it addresses critical gaps highlighted in the Sunshine Coast Housing Needs Report.
With active projects in both the Lower Mainland and the Sunshine Coast, CityState advocates for purpose-built rental housing as a long-term solution to the existing housing shortage.

Licensed Childcare Centre
Recognizing Gibsons' shortage of daycare spaces, we propose a custom-designed daycare facility. We understand the challenges associated with obtaining daycare licensing within existing commercial spaces. Through collaboration with a licensed operator, our aim is to create a safe, efficient, and nurturing environment that meets stringent British Columbia licensing requirements.
