2018-2034 Clarke showcases Port Moody's beautiful nature with creative biomorphic architectural design. A living wall mimics the parallel on-site watercourse that this development respectfully conserves.

Watercourse Revitalization
The development preserves 23 existing mature trees, introduces 2,045 new trees and shrubs, exposes a culverted stream, and compliments the stream with a stunning site plan.

Riparian and Wetland Gain
Post-development, this watercourse benefits from a net riparian
land increase of 2,450 ft²  and a net wetland increase of 710 ft².
